When can I see the session replay?
All your classes will be recorded and available for replay. To access you have to
Login to your account
Go to My Classes sections
Get a list of the previous classes.
or You can also access the replay from the chapter list in the Live Class sections.
How can I reschedule my class?
We do not have any option to reschedule the class right now. However, you can reschedule by informing us at least 45 mins prior to your class, by writing a mail to email@example.com
with details of your class, topic, and time. We will inform the teacher about change and give you a class credit.
How can I cancel the session?
Sessions once scheduled can not be cancelled. You can reschedule the class by sharing the details.
What if I am not available during the live class?
If you are not available during the live class, the teacher will wait for 15 minutes and will then suspend the class. No compensation will be provided for uninformed absence.
Can I download the live class session?
No, live class video can not be downloaded. It can be viewed as many times as you want by going to the topic sections.
How many tests can I take?
Under the paid plan you can take unlimited number of tests. However we will have regularised tests which will be limited in number.
Will I get weekly tests or monthly tests?
You will get a topic wise test, so after every topic/concept is covered you will get a test.
How is free practice different from paid practice?
Paid practice is having more detailed explanations for the solution as compared to free practice. However every student will get analysis based on their practice questions. Detailed analysis will be available to paid students.
How can I share my answer sheets?
To share the answer sheets, take photographs of them and upload the answer sheets in proper format and sequence. You have to make sure the size of the image is not more than 5 MB and should be jpg or png format.
What if I did not submit the answer sheet within the time frame?
If your answer sheet is not submitted within the time frame then the test will be marked as not attempted and the detailed analysis for the same will not be provided.
I can not attend the test at the selected time. What should I do?
Taking the test on time is very crucial for preparation, however in case you are not able to take the test on time, you can take the test later however marks and analysis will not be provided to you.
How can I see the analysis of my test?
Analysis for the test will be available under the test section of your dashboard. Detailed reports will also be shared over the email with you.
Where can I get the previous years papers and solutions?
We have all the previous years papers for major subjects and exams. To access them you can go to the Resources section of the student dashboard. There under the tab previous years paper, you will get all the papers.
How does subjective practice work?
For subjective practice, you will be provided with questions and you can write the answer directly on the platform using the keyboard or you can write an answer in your notebook and upload the answer for each question.
How can I ask my doubt?
You can ask doubt by uploading the photo of the question on our platform or by writing the question in the doubt asking box.
What if I did not get a clear explanation for my doubt?
If the doubt is not clear, then you can ask for further clarification by pointing to the part of the explanation which is not clear to you. If the doubt still persists, you can escalate the doubt and our team will connect with you.
What if I am not able to upload my doubt?
In case you are not able to upload your doubts, you can type them in the doubt box and we will solve it for you.
What if my doubt was not resolved?
Your doubt will not be resolved if you tag the wrong subject in the doubtbook or if you are asking the doubt from the wrong class. If none of this is the case, then you can ask for further explanation by sending a message in doubt chat window.3
How can I make payment?
You can make payment through Net Banking, Debit Card/Credit Card, Digital Wallets, UPI etc.
Can I pay in EMI?
Our plans are already very low in price. You will not be required to go for EMI. In case you need to go for an EMI plan, you can write a mail to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
How can I cancel my subscription?
ou can stop paying for the plans and your subscription will be cancelled.
Can I upgrade my plans?
yes you can upgrade to any plan. To upgrade your plan:

You will get all the plans, you can select the plan you want to upgrade to.
What is a Micro Plan?
icro plan refers to the On-Demand class which you will schedule. In micro plan you will get one live class on the topic you want to learn, practice questions on that topic, three tests of various difficulty levels and unlimited doubts for the duration of 15 days
What is a Macro Plan?
Y. Macro plan is the bundle plan in which you can select more than 1 live class and upto 15 live classes. You need not select the topics at the time of subscribing. Whenever you want to learn the topic, you can schedule the class and learn. For every topic you will get unlimited practice questions, tests and unlimited doubts for that topic. Macro Plan will be valid for 90 days.
What will all be there in the Giga Plan?
Giga plan is the annual plan. You will get all the live class schedules at predefined time with unlimited practice questions, tests, and unlimited doubts. Along with the predefined live class you will also get 25 on-demand live classes which you can use to learn any topic at the time of your choice.
Can I use Rubexclasses for free?
Yes, you can register at Rubexclasses for free. You can practice unlimited questions. For taking live classes you have to purchase any of the Micro, Macro or Giga Plan.
How does this Rubexclasses work?
Rubexclasses is an on demand live learning platform. Here students can register and choose to learn whatever topic they want to learn at their preferred time. They don’t have to enroll for a yearly subscription to use the product.
